DEC-Communication and Information Administration Online Event Promotion Request Form

Please fill out the following, with as much information as possible, so that the DEC Communication and Information Administration Team can begin the process of developing the best opportunities for promoting your team's event.  After completion, simply hit "Submit" and your information will go to DEC-CIA team leadership and be assigned to the appropriate personnel.  You will be contacted in the near future regarding your submission to assure that we have all the information necessary to support your efforts.

Submissions must be made by a Ministry Team leader, who will act as point of contact to the DEC Communication and Information Administration Team for communication and event promotion purposes.  Submitted Promotion Requests will be held until confirmation and approval is received from the Sponsoring Team Leader by the Communication Team.

Any content and photographs should be emailed directly by the sponsoring Team Leader to the Communication Team at

  Please note:  Online registration is available, however, if you will be setting up for registration at DEC it is the responsibility of the hosting Team for accomplishing, and should take place before and after all 3 services upstairs and downstairs to accommodate all.

1 If your event has not yet been formally approved by the Sponsoring Ministry Team leader, please do so prior to your submission.  In compliance with the policy approved by the Board of Elders, events without leadership approval cannot be acted upon until such approval is submitted.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note:  It will be at the discretion of the DEC Communication and Information Administration Team, in conjunction with the staff and leadership, to develop the actual promotion plan for your event.

For events at DEC, don't forget to submit your Building Use Form!
